Classes are $10 each for Drop In rate
Your 1st Class is FREE
SPECIAL RATE: If you are serious about your fitness, for $100 you get a month of classes, online nutrition and fitness monitoring, bodyfat and health analysis, diet assistance and you can allow as many of my training classes as you want.
I ask for a month commitment at minimum, because there is no easy, fast way to health. It is a lifelong commitment and I guarantee that if you stick with me, you will love the way you feel and look shortly.

At Oahu Boot Camp, there are no dues, sign-up or membership fees. You choose to work out 1, 2 or 3 times a week and pay per session. Work out up to three times a week with a small group of 4-8 people, with a trainer to lead you through a challenging, full body weight training workout that will get your heart racing, your blood pumping, and keep your motivation levels high!Each workout is based on scientific exercise progression and sound physiological principles. This BOOT CAMP style fitness taught by Amina Peterson, a certified personal trainer, Level 1 Crossfit Instructor and a former Sergeant in the US Army Special Forces. This challenging workout is designed to give you some of the best cardio and strength training in Hawaii. Classes incorporate 20 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of strength training followed by a brief stretch and cool down.
Basic Training Fitness is for all fitness levels – whether you work out daily or haven’t worked out since high school.
All activities are structured so that you can choose the appropriate intensity for your fitness level. Each class begins with a good stretch, followed by a workout that combines strength, ability, cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility exercises.
Fitness assessments (required) are performed at the beginning and end of every four weeks of following the program to gauge each person’s strength and speed improvement. For enrollment please email us at info@oahubodyworks.com
Please bring running shoes, yoga mat, and a bottle of water to each class.

Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the Zumba participants to dance away their worries. It is based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO" allowing Zumba participants to stick to the Zumba Fitness program and achieve long-term health benefits. Zumba is a “feel-happy” workout that is great for both the body and the mind.
ZUMBA is a fusion of Latin and International music - dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Zumba utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps.
